Refund policy

Because each piece is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns.  

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, we can offer store credit or exchange for another style within 14 days of purchase.

Gift cards and sale items are not returnable.

If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt.  We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. We will pay for the return label back to us, however shipment costs associated with returned items are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.

If you need to cancel an order, cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing the order. A 10% fee will be withheld from the amount of the refund to cover fees charged to us by Shopify.
